Work Inspiration Programme
Our Work Inspiration Programme is an initiative designed to help young people aged 14-19 in Liverpool and the surrounding areas to develop their employability skills and explore potential career paths. The programme provides students with the opportunity to visit local businesses, meet employees, and gain hands-on experience in a range of industries.
This bespoke Programme works in collaboration between The Big Trust, local schools, and businesses. It aims to provide students with insights into different careers and industries, and to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the job market.

Students visit local businesses to meet employees, learn about different careers, and gain insights into the working world.
